Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Constanza Cabrera is a Brooklyn-based Art Director and creative with nearly a decade of experience across brand, digital design, and visual storytelling. Working across both B2B and B2C, she brings together strategy, design, and a strong understanding of people to create work that feels thoughtful, clear, and culturally aware.

Most recently, Constanza led visual and UX design for DIRECTV for BUSINESS, shaping digital experiences, design systems, and creative campaigns. Previously, she led creative for brand partnerships at IMGN Media and later joined the digital team at Warner Music Group following its acquisition. Her experience also includes developing B2B brand systems and communications for clients including ExxonMobil, MetLife, and BIC through EG+ Worldwide. She began her design career at W.Britt, where she grew from intern to Art Director.

Her career has naturally evolved from designing into leading teams, guiding creative direction, and building lasting client relationships. She values collaboration, curiosity, and creating environments where people feel trusted to bring their strongest ideas forward. This same interest in creative leadership and community led her to found Sapphic House, a Brooklyn social arts club centered on cultural programming and creative exchange. She is also a member of AIGA, the professional association for design.

Constanza is particularly interested in work that brings together brand, digital experiences, and visual systems, whether for established global organizations or mission-driven and cultural institutions. She approaches each with the same goal: to understand the organization, its audience, and its purpose, and translate that understanding into clear, distinctive, and enduring creative work
